Colégio Itatiaia was founded in 1980 when its founder, Maria Carolina, decided to create a school where children could learn to explore their own world, playing with joy, just as she did on her grandfather’s farm in Itatiaia. She is proud to have educated more than five thousand children in the most individualized way possible.
Structured as a project, the proprietary methodology was developed based on constant academic updating and research carried out internationally during visits to schools that are references in more than ten countries.
